2011 fresh spring picked White Monkey. Fantastic value green tea with fat fluffy white tips amongst large twisted deep velvet green leaves. Being a first flush tea it is only picked once per year in spring. It infuses into a pale straw yellow coloured cup with a clear liquor. The taste profile is very soft, sweet and forgiving with a mild tangy green tea finish. This tea makes a great introduction to quality green tea.
