Produced in the hill country of Anhui province harvested in spring 2010. Finely shimmering dark rolled leaves that unfurl when infused to reveal the choicest tip and buds. These turn bright shades of green when infused and producing a light lemon yellow colour cup. The taste is very smooth, sweet and grassy with an underlying tangy fresh green tea depth of flavour. Refreshingly savoury green tea.
