Our favourite oolong and quite possibly tea! This exceptional oolong is handmade in a time consuming and skillful age-old tradition that modern manufacturers cannot reproduce. The result is a medium-dark roast oolong, producing red tinged dark green/brown leaves that infuse into a red coloured liquor. A deep and perfectly balaced sweet roast flavour of baked fruit layers the palate with hints of plum, apricot and honey. The long finish lingers on the tongue and slides smoothly down the throat. Truly top quality oolong with a depth of flavour that makes the same leaves suitable for multiple infusions.
