Only very lightly oxidised and called a green tea by the locals, this incredbibly flavoursome pouchong is grown from a superior Taiwan oolong strain. Beautiful large dark and lighter green leaves with a velvet like finish infuse into a slightly citrus refreshing green tea flavour with a gently tart aromatic finish. A little goes a long way, the same leaves are suitable for multiple infusions.
