Classic second flush Darjeeling produced in the Ging heritage tea garden in the Lebong Valley. Planted in 1864 this estate with over 250Ha under tea plantation varies in altitude from 2000-5000ft above sea level. A typical colourful mixture of broad black, brown and green leaves infuse into a light dusky liquor. The tea has a soft honeysuckle flavour that builds into flowery astringency with a subtle "Muscatel" bouquet. Quite refreshing.
